Know Your Bills
Getting in touch
Email hello@knowyourbills.co.uk. It's a small operation, so a reply may take a few days, but every message is read.
If you're reporting something that went wrong, the most useful things to include are what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and your iOS version. Screenshots help. Please don't send anything you wouldn't want in an email — there's never a need to send account numbers or payment details, and we will never ask for them.
Common questions
Why doesn't my annual bill show in the monthly list?
Because it isn't a monthly bill. It still counts towards your monthly total — everything is shown over the period you picked — but the list underneath shows bills whose own frequency matches that period. Both figures are right; they answer different questions.
Which basis should I use?
Spread evenly tells you what to put aside each month. The timetable tells you which months actually bite. They're most useful together: save at the even rate, and check the timetable before a month you're worried about.
Will I lose my bills if I change phone?
No. Your bills are backed up to your own iCloud, so a new device picks them up. You can also export a backup file yourself from Settings at any time.
